St John County

Saint John
Saint John is the largest city in the province of New Brunswick and the oldest incorporated city in Canada. In 2006 the city proper had a population of 68,043. The population of the Census Metropolitan Area is second in the province with 122,389. St Martins
St. Martins is a picturesque village located 40 km east of Saint John, situated on the Bay of Fundy. St. Martins has a population of approximately 400 people, and was incorporated in 1967. For further information about this community, click the link below.

Kings County
Kings County, which includes the communities of Quispamsis, Rothesay, Grand Bay-Westfield, Sussex, Hampton, Norton, and Sussex Corner, has a population of over 64,000. For further information about these communities, click the link below.

Charlotte County
Charlotte County has a population of about 27,000, and is located in the southwestern portion of New Brunswick. Queens County
Only a small portion of Queens County falls within the jurisdiction of the Saint John Real Estate Board, and that is the community of Welsford & Area. With a population of roughly 600, Welsford is located in the Nerepis River valley at the foot of Mount Douglas. The community is immediately north of the town of Grand Bay-Westfield.
